Step 1
Click on REGISTER to create your own My Family Lounge account.
Step 2
Log into your My Family Lounge account.
Step 3
Edit Contact Details. Select 'Save and Next'
Step 4
Add Child Details.
Step 5
Scroll down and select 'New Request'
Step 6
Add your child's details. Select 'Save'. If you have any issues please log out of your account try again.
Step 7
If we have a position, we will email you an ‘Offer’ to accept. Upon accepting the offer, you will be required to pay a Bond and Registration fee, you must also complete and submit your child’s Enrolment form online to confirm your child’s spot.
After you have submitted your enrolment form, please complete the DebitSuccess authority and return ASAP to your chosen childcare centre to enable your bond and registration fee to be processed and your booking completed. A member of our team will then contact you to advise of your bond amount.
